I have a 2010 GMC Terrain.
After noticing both the front and rear floor carpets soaked with water I took it to the dealer to check for leaks.
They looked and found a foot of water in the rear spare tire well.
They told me they have no idea how the water got in and to contact my insurance co.
I have contacted my insurance co. An insurance adjuster will be looking at it on Monday.
However, I am not sure it is an insurance problem.

Check the sunroof drain tubes and make sure they are not clogged this can cause water to enter the cabin.
