1988 saab 900 has electric buzz that is constant in the dash
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: I had the AC repaired and so about a month or so and it starts as soon as the key is turned w/power the buzz starts and cuts when power is cut
JA: Are you fixing your 900 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I popped the upper dash speaker to listen in and try to isolate, but can't haven't really done anything
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Most likely more of the dash needs to come apart, this is most likely a relay or module making this buzz sound.

It would be impossible to say which one it could be at this point due to how many of them there are back there.

Once you get more of the inside of the dash exposed, it may be easier for you to isolate which one it is just by touching around there.
