When the PS system fails the computer should detect it and when this happens the computer system should set and store a fault code in the BCM. Are you able to scan the system and see what the fault code and or codes are that should be setting and post back with them?

I TOOK THIS CAR TO AUTOZONE AND THEY SCANED IT NO FALT CODES CAME UP

The problem with Auto Zone is they use a simple code reader and it will not usually retrieve fault codes from the BCM (body control module) . You need a full scan tool for this feature.
