Motor radiator fan will not stay running. Keeps cycling off

Customer Question

Motor radiator fan will not stay running. Keeps cycling off especially when stopped. Motor does not over heat but AC starts cutting compressor in & out due to high condenser temp & pressure. Condenser fan does the same. Some times both fans are not running when sitting still. Trying to fix to keep ac from blowing hot air when stopped. Have changed out Temp. sending unit for motor fan. Radiator temp while stopped & outside temp 98 DEG. is 190 DEG. The car is a 2008 Suzuki SX4 front wheel drive 2.0 ENG.
