What are you losing reference voltage on?
is tht .4 on tps1 and.4 on crank?
is the engine a 2.2 or 3.2?
Ok first ide like to start by telling you that these things have big problems with their engine wiring harnesses and they usually throw tps codes when they get them
so you have .4 right out of pcm?
the codes you had were any of these 1195 p1295 or p1515
I JUST noticed yor other question the pcm is 1 and its located on the drivers fender area

can you erase the codes and crank to see what comes back?
I'm almost certain its in the harness. Can you unclip the computer and wiggle that harness that goes to the head? Most of the problems occur in there. Watch the tps voltage as you are doing it.
don't worry about crank I'm worried about tps voltage as you wiggle the harness. Make the harness as loose as you can.

yo have injector pulse when the ckp was in?
I definitely think its still a harness problem. I personally would try running my own wires from pcm to throttle body.
did you disconnect the 5 volt references one by one to see if one of the is pulling others down?
but that should of thrown other codes
With the original codes I have fixed them all by bypassing the wire harness to tb. There's nothing else that I can do for you right now. You will have to either trust me or I can opt out and you can get a second opinion from another tech.
The only thing that bothers me is that you have no spark
Unless of course that's another wire that went bad or a bad pcm.

I gathered that., I read through this whole post.
BUT the last thing I see is you had a PCM on the way and were going to update the post then you opted out the other expert with no update.
Did you install the PCM? If so did anything change?
No. There is only one PCM.
