Thanks for letting me know you still need help.

"sometimes headlights flash due to anti theft system."

What sign are you getting that this is an anti theft issue?

Are there ever times it will not start?

Are the headlights flashing with the car off, keys out, doors locked?

I do not have enough info to provide an adequate and accurate answer yet. If you prefer a more generic answer I can do so.
