Those two codes point to a bad fuel pressure regulator. Do you plan to attempt to repair it yourself?

You could test it first:Disconnect the fuel return line at the fuel rail and monitor the fuel pressure when the ignition switch is cycled to the run position several times without starting the engine. Connect a hose to the connector off of the fuel rail and allow fuel to drain into a bucket to prevent liquid fuel from spraying all over the rear of the engine and the vehicle. If fuel pressure continues to read high, it will support that the fuel pressure regulator is defective, or that there may be debris in the fuel rail causing a blockage of fuel flow at the pressure regulator. If fuel pressure is normal with the return line disconnected, it would suggest that the return line is restricted somewhere between the engine and the fuel tank or at the tank itself.
