runs rough after 10 mins, kinda sounds like a vacuume leak from inside car, no check engine light appears.

i replaced 2 vacuum hoses that looked cracked, tighten the bolts on the intake manifold. I believe its vacuum related just from the sound i hear from drivers seat once the car is warmed up.If it were a fuel injector wouldnt a check engine lite come on?

no, its a 5 speed manuel so when applied brakes and push in clutch engine returns to a normal idle

It's possible that your brake booster is bad, if it changes when you step on the brake (and since you can hear it inside the vehicle)
