Releases all of the air?
Okay, I reread the issue you are having and have a better understanding of what you are saying. So every 20 seconds it releases air? We need to look for air leaks in the air system completely. Let's start there, get back to me, and we can go a different route if you have already done this. thanks. John
What model air dryer do you have?
Is there any moisture coming out of the exhaust port? or oil contaminates?
How long does the purge last?
20 seconds? right?
Where is the dryer getting the signal from is it a port on the govoner? Or off of the unload-er valve?
I am thinking that the air dryer would be less responsive to a signal from the un loader valve of the compressor, probably less than 5 seconds, or maybe you got a bum govenor
I would certainly try another governor.
3- that bites! Well I apologize but
That's all I got on this issue, I hope I was of some help to you, if not let me know now, so i can opt out and release this question back into the pool of experts. Thanks man and have a great night. Good Luck. Thanks, ***** *****
good morning my name is ***** ***** I will assist
it sounds like the purge valve on the dryer. very common failure. you can get just the purge valve kit and change it yourself.
have you replaced this???
how are you making out??
