This is located in the side of the cylinder head. If the engine is running fine then typically it is from low or worn out oil or a clogged oil filter.

Ok. The only code I have is the p0025 and I just changed the oil. Would any of that cause the car to make noise when going over 25mph
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
they put in a new oil filter

If the engine is making noise when you may have an actuator issue in the engine. The solenoid will not cause the engine to make noise but the actuator will if it is failing.
