I replaced the spark plug ignition coil and fuel pump

Ok,

Try spraying some carb cleaner along the intake manifold to check for vacuum leak. Do this with the engine running. If the idle smooths out or the idle speed increases, then you have a leak. If not, then based on what you have already done, you should do a compression test. If the compression is good, then I would suggest swapping the fuel injector with the one next to it and see if the misfire moves with it. If it does, then the injector is the likely culprit.

I see, you didn't specify you knew what the problem was.

Are you 100% sure this is the problem? How did you test it and what other tests have you done?
