It is building up pressure in motor and blowing oil pan gasket and oil out of dipstick
I have cleaned out breather pipe
replaced oil pan gasket
put new o ring in dip stick

the most common cause of this condition is bad piston rings that allow compression pressure into the crankcase resulting in what issues you have. the rings could be worn or broken. a cylinder leak down test will confirm this to be sure.
