Hello, my name is Bobby. Thank you for the question. Do you mean that the rear suspension is dropping?

Thank you. Are there any warning lights coming on inside of the vehicle?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
no service lights like something is broken

If there is not service light and yet it continues to randomly drop then you either have a failing rear height sensor or you have an issue with a air spring leaking. It is common for these to start to leak around this time. If the air springs are fine then the sensor needs to be tested. Di you have a voltage meter or scan tool to test the sensor.
