car has no low beams, high beamsa work great, replaced both bulbs, still no low beams.

Hi there, With the bulbs plugged in and the headlights on, can you take a test light and see if there is power on the solid yellow wires on the bulbs? Do this with the low beams on even though they aren't working and let me know please.Thanks
