This car was flooded a few months back

so i changed the instrument cluster plus the Amplified meter

Hi, my name isXXXXX tach and temp gauge receive inputs from the unified meter and ac amplifier over the CAN communication line. The amplifier receives the data from the engine control module over the CAN communication line. It sounds like you have a fault with the CAN communication between the engine control module and the amplifier. You will need to check the CAN lines from the ECM to the amplifier for a short or open circuit. On a flood car you need to carefully inspect the harness connectors for corrosion. Corroded connectors can corrupt the CAN communication between the modules. Your blue and pink wires at the module are your CAN communication lines. Let me know if you have any questions.
