Hello I'm driving an STS off 1999 (in the Netherlands). When I drive about 130 KM/H the inducater flucturetes from 130 KM/H to 90 KM/H and still between. Also when the cruise control is on it will automaticly turn off because the car begints to shift gaires to get to the set 130 KM/H on the cruise controle. What could be the problem?

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer.
My name is Vlad.
It is very likely that you have a faulty Vehicle Speed Sensor or there is an intermittent wiring issue like one the VSS sensor gets shorted to ground at times.
The VSS sensor is located on the top of the transmission on the RH top corner.
It would be great to have it checked with a scan tool to see if any trouble codes or to monitor speed input while it plays up
Please let me know how it goes.
