raccoon tore up harness at lh fender liner by frame. fuel pump, abs, and other misc wires. fairly easy fix. before damage was noticed customer attempted start. have no crank, no power to fuel pump, all dash functions fine, only code is for a apps high. tcm clear. trans selector reads ok. cant find a common beteween starter relay and fuel pump relay. my schematics suck on this.

Hi Brian,

 

I apologize if some of this is things you already tested (as you are experienced and I'm sure know the basics to look for), but here is my list:

 

Starter relay on the fender?

 

Fuel shut-off/Inertia switch (pass side kick panel)

 

Interior fuel pump relay (In dash under radio on many models)

 

I've seen relays melt from short before the fuse has a chance to pop, so I'd start with those. Also, here is a wiring diagram to help you:
