Hello,

This can be a few issues. I would like to know if you have a way to check pressure and voltages?

yes

Listen to the Engine Shut Off solenoid when the key is turned on check if it clicks. Test for 10+V on the ESO solenoid while cranking, ESO connected, Pink wire. Check for 4-9 PSI of lift pump fuel pressure to the fuel filter and on to the fuel injection pump. Use a clear hose to look for aerated fuel also. Test for a 0-5 V square wave signal to the fuel solenoid module, pin A, Light Green wire, when cranking. Test for a 0-12 V pulse signal to the fuel solenoid from the fuel solenoid module, pin B, Red wire, when cranking. Test for 12 V and ground to the fuel solenoid module, pins D and F, Pink wire and a Black wire. If the 0-5 V signal from the PCM to the fuel solenoid module is OK, but the 0-12 V signal is not OK from the fuel solenoid module to the fuel solenoid, replace the fuel solenoid driver module.A repeat failure of the fuel solenoid driver module is typically caused by a failing fuel solenoid in the injection pump. If the signals are OK into and out of the fuel solenoid driver module, replace the fuel injection pump.
