My son is at college got back to his car and the car would not unlock, had to use the key to unlock the car. He put the key in the ignition and now the key will not come out. All electrical seems to be dead.
Hello Sir or Madam and thank you for your question!
This sounds like a dead battery. I would start with a jump start. Let the donor car stay attached to it for about 15 minutes, then have him see if the key will come out or even if the engine will crank over.
Since it wouldn't unlock with the key fob, seems like the battery is flat.
Please try this and let me know.
Thanks
