I have the steps. They make a tool to ensure proper removal. Their is also a clip that needs to be removed.

I cannot access your response can you just email the response?

I have no way to email the information. The only time I have had this problem is from a work computer having a block on the links.

I am using my iPad. Can you call this number to explain how to do it?
Expert:  C. Walker, Jr. replied 3 years ago.
We are not allowed to.

You need to remove the wheel and this will allow access to the ball joint.

204-531/2 and 204-531/3 are the special tools needed.

You will want to remove the lower control arm to have easier access.

We had done this already. If this is all we need, I suppose we will work on it. How much time do I have left to consult with you.
Expert:  C. Walker, Jr. replied 3 years ago.
You have unlimited time.
