no locks will not respond when you hit the door lock button on inside of car or key fob

need to know your advice on what is wrong with door locks 2008 suzuki xl7

Ok, start by checking door lock fuse #8 in the fuse box inside the car. This fuse feeds power to the door lock actuators. If you don't have any indicators showing one of the doors as open, then it is possible it just blew thye fuse for the actuators and that is the only problem.
Please check this and let me know.

where is the fuse box we did not get a manual with this car.

Here is a diagram of it;s locaion. I think the fuses will be numbered on it or the cover.

the fuse is ok. The door locks do make a noise when I push the open or closed switch but none of the lock or unlock

Ok, so all of the locks make sound when you push the button?
Can you see them move?

no they do not move but you can hear the click in the door
