Whitch is conecter # XXXXX

I believe it is the one closest to front of vehicle but only one of them will have brown wire on pin 44. Let me know how it goes or if you have questions, thanks.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

nothing happend does the switch have to be on

Yes, key needs to be in on position when testing. Let me know, thanks.

Still nothing

At the air injection relay pin 86 should have voltage with key on and pin 85 should have ground when grounding brown wire at PCM. Let me know which one is missing, thanks.
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

86 has voltage but 85 has no ground

You check 85 for ground while grounding brown wire at PCM? Thanks
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

With brown wire grounded # XXXXX still has no ground

This means there is a broken wire between relay and PCM. You will need to remove the fusebox and inspect connector, then do same thing at PCM. If connectors are in good condition run a new brown wire from relay to PCM. Let me know how it goes or if you have more questions, thanks.
