Suzuki Verona: Hello, Do you have the procedure for replacing

This answer was rated:

Do you have the procedure for replacing the head gasket on a 2004 suzuki verone. 5 of the 6 cylinders have great compressions. the 6th has about 60lbs, guessing it must be a valve, however I believe the head will need to come off
Hello and welcome to just answer. You can click here for the head removal and replacement procedure. Be advised it's about a 13 hour job as the engine has to come out.
Timing chain removal
Engine Removal
You can confirm if it's a valve, head gasket or rings via a cylinder leak down test. Either way it will require removal of the engine to repair. Let me know if I may be of further assistance.
