suzuki XL7: my remote acess for my 2005 XL7 stopped so I did

my remote acess for my 2005 XL7 stopped so I did the reprogram procedure and it worked on ne of htem. It went again so I reprogrmammed it again and now there seems to be no new progrmas and It does not tellyou in manual how to insert new program. Have any ideass

First disconnect the batter post neg and pos, and touch the two cables together ,

Then reconnect the batter cables Neg first then the pos cable ,

Then redo the programming system .

2005 XL7.

1. Remove key from ignition switch.

2. Close all doors.

3. Open drivers door

4. Insert key and turn to ON position and within 10 seconds turn
key off and remove key.

5. Within 20 seconds Close and open drivers door 3 times.

6. Insert key and turn to ON position and within 10 seconds turn
key off and remove key.

7. Locks should now lock and unlock automatically to confirm you
have entered programming mode.

8. Press the UNLOCK button on remote and locks should cycle to
confirm programming.

9. Repeat step 8 on each additional remote.

10. Exit vehicle with keys and remote, close door test remote(s).

did alll you said and it did recycle and make locks on and off when I pulled key out but remotes did not work and they all have new batteries in them. any other ideas

Hi .

If this is the case then you will need to be hooked up to the diagnostic scan tool and have the BCM checked for malfunction codes .

A bad door switch ,ignition switch ,BCM malfunction could cause this to happen ,

Like i said you will need a scan tool to check for codes .

But try this first and use your finger and not by closing and opening the door .as said in the first instructions .
