Welcome back to Just Answer.

My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will try to assist you with your Ski-Doo question.

Our place of business we do automotive repairs as well as sell BRP products.
We have one of the top repair shops in Canada.

I look after the automotive shop, but work along side of the Ski-Doo techs.
If you can wait until tomorrow, I will get the specifications for your sled.

When I see the guys aligning skiis, they use a straightedge along both sides of the track and is long enough that goes up past the skiis.
They then measure the specific distance from that edge to the ski to get the proper toe.

If you need the answer sooner, let me know and I will opt out so another tech here may be able to assist you.

Thank you kindly,

Good morning.

Just checked with the guys.
Set it toed out no more than 1/8" each side.

Make sure the handle bars are straight.
Then set a long straight edge along the length of the track that extends up past the skiis.
Then measure front and rear of the skiis.
Adjust as necessary while making sure the handlebars stay straight.

Questions and comments are welcome.
