That is correct

Will the vehicle turn off if you disconnect the battery?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Not sure on that cause I didnt have time to get tools either time. I went to the repair shop to get tires and had to choke it out. Then when I brought it home the same thing.

Both batteries are bad and had to jump them off in order to start it. Is it a possibility that the fuel solenoid bad or not communicating since the batteries are bad?

I just dont want to spend a lot of money if there a deeper issue then the fuel solenoid or batteries being bad.

Has the ignition switch been checked?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

The ignition switch harness has just been replace. The actual switch has not been checked. But I dont think it has an actual switch like a car does. The key cylinder has a notch that goes into the harness itself and turns.

Yes if this is shorted out it will cause this. I would have this checked next to rule it out.
