Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

What's happening is the ABS control module is seeing an issue that will effect stability control function and is setting a fault code, turning the warning light on and disabling ESC operation.

This could be many things including wheel speed sensor issues, the brake switch, wiring, the ABS module itself, etc. The first thing you'll need to do is use a capable scan tool to see what fault codes have set in the ABS control module and go from there based on the findings. The stored fault codes will be needed to know where to start diagnosis. Some electrical testing will likely need to be done to accurately determine what is wrong once the codes are read.
