How do you service the stability control and a traction control on a Suzuki XL7 - it turns off the all wheel drive and lights up the ((ABS))?

porscheguru :

You seem to have educated yourself on the problem

porscheguru :

Has anyone looked at this for you including yourself? Have you checked the ncalipers for binding?

porscheguru :

When you return,I will be alerted to re enter the cfhat

porscheguru :

Can you provide me the approximate mileage?

Customer:

On my lnch break, I will go out and check the mileage. I have not had anyone check the ncalipers for binding. I'm not even sure what that is yet. I will do some research and try to get that information back to you on my lunch break.

porscheguru :

OK, it seems these cars have had problems with calipers binding and/or brake rubber lines causing what you have experienced.

porscheguru :

ncaliper is a typo. I meant just calipers

Customer:

I got it open, but I will need a little time to read it.

porscheguru :

No problem. I have to step outside for awhile but when you want to return to chaT, I WILL BE ALERTED AND CAN COME BACK

porscheguru :

Sorry caps lock was on

Customer:

So, I cannot check on this problem until this weekend. I will get back to you next week. Thank you. Also - I noticed I was charged the $29 I agreed to but there is a charge for $1 also... any ideas what that is for?

porscheguru :

Well believe it is a deposit. not 100 % sure but I don't think it is a problem and afterwardfs, you can always be in touch with a site official and they will help you. I really think you have either a tight caliuper or a rubber line not allowing the caliper to release.
