is the fluid blowing out of the dipstick?
no just out of the over flow
how long has it been doing this?
1000KM since transmission rebuilt trouble for 2 weeks approximatelu

20,000 km since transmission rebuilt, has been doing this for a week , son says is is bubbling out dip stick and onto motor and smells burnt. having trouble family in vehicle

no problem shifting just bubbling and stinking

it sounds as if you have too much fluid in it

Will ask son, he is 1200 miles away someone said it could be the hydraulic pump. but wife did top up transmission. what vent do you mean
if it is coming out of the transmission vent
i would think she put too much fluid in it
it will quit blowing it out when it gets enough out of it for it not to be too full
would that be where the manifold is to cause stink ?
it could be blowing it on the exhaust manifold
if it is leaking where the transmission joins the engine..you may have a big problem,,,the front seal may be blown
