Sometimes the trip from the bottle to the radiator and engine still create some air pockets. I find that removing the upper radiator hose and filling the engine from there and removing a heater hose while doing it, until it starts to drain out, helps.

Now, if this was an issue before you did the change, than you need to look in other directions.
