You just need the timing belt procedure correct?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I need to to time the engine because it won't start and I have no spark to the plugs. I just replace the head gasket but failed to make timing marks before I removed the timing belt from the cam speakers

Follow the steps by CLICKING HERE

Once you have them set up use vise grips to hold the belt in place on the cam gears. Than turn engine over by hand 3 times. Wait about 20 minutes to be sure the tensioner is good.

is there timing marks on the on the cam sprockets that I can use to set the timing
Expert:  proautotech replied 1 year ago.
Correct. You will line the two just as it shows in the manual!
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I now have spark to the plugs after getting the timing belt on but the engine cranks normal but won't start still and the computer adjusts the timing what do I do next
Expert:  proautotech replied 1 year ago.
Check the compression and do a leak down test.

It is possible if the timing was off you now have a bunch of bent valves!
