E450: coolant mixing with oil in all radiator hoses,heater

Customer Question

coolant mixing with oil in all radiator hoses,heater hoses and producing a thick greyish mixture.This has happened to three trucks having a mileage of 90,000 miles.What could be the cause?

These transmission coolers on these radiators fail and cause this .Was this ever checked?

The transmission coolers have not been checked but the O ring in the U-shaped intake that lies between the two sets of cylinders has been changed.There is no coolant/oil mixture in the transmission fluid.

Ok then this would be more of a head gasket issue were these checked?
