Have you checked the wiring on these O2 sensors, and the wirings on the engine control module?

have you checked the signals getting from these sensors (should cycle between 0.2 and 0.8 volts)?

the codes keep refering to heater problems . could this be caused by not using suzuki manufactured parts

This could be caused by non OEM parts, however, first i would check the wiring....for that i will include the diagram and the checking details:
