I have 2006 range rover sport and getting a msg " right rear tire not being monitored"
I have put air in the tire but still getting the msg

After adding air. Place tpms in parking mode by removing the key from the ignition and let sit for 15 minutes. Than start vehicle and drive for atleast 15 minutes at speeds above 12 MPH

If the vehicle speed drops below 12 mph (20 kph), the learn process timer is suspended until the vehicle speed increases to more than 12 mph
(20 kph).If the vehicle speed remains below 12 mph (20 kph) for more than 15 minutes, the learn process timer will be set to zero and the learn process
starts again.

If this does not work you will need to replace that sensor.
