The brake lights and Blinker lights dont work. Can it be a fuse problem?

Yes, Fuse 2 20a in the pdc powers both.

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

If the fuse would not work what else could it be?

I would check the fuse first before jumping into something else. that fuse does power both, see here.

One last question. What is the fuse called exactly. Like if I went into autozone what would I ask them for?

Take the old fuse with you. It's just called a fuse and it will probably have the amperage on it, 20a.

It will most likely look like this, ATC blade fuse.
