Thank you for using Just Answer for your needs. What brand plugs did you install? Also, did the misfires comeback after the tune up?

Good. There are no Service bulletins on this but at the Dealer we see it quite often where the coils are the cause. Usually it is just one coil that will cause 2 misfire codes because it bleeds over it the other cylinders.

If you dont want to replace more than one. Swap the 2 coils over into other cylimnders but be sure to write which one went where. That way you know what cylinder was the cause and which coil to replace. They will run about $100 and the local Dealer should have one in stick.

BTW-Good job on using OEM Denso plugs. Most people/shops don't and this causes problems.

thats fine but after i replaced the plugs and cleared the codes ,i did a test drive and it ran fine . then i went on the expressway and accelerated

and i was going no where .. i was loosing speed . then i eased up on the accelerator and took off slow . a few more times of fast acceleration and

ck engine light and vsc light came on . this time i had codes po301,po302 and po304 . i don't think coils are the problem ! it lacks

any power on acceleration . and it happens after 30 or 40 mph .

computer flashes need done ???

It looks like there is an update for the computer but it doesn't specifically address this for misfires. It can contain this in the new software and just not be listed. Even though you feel it may not be coil related, I'm just conveying to you what we see at the Dealer.
