Hello again,

Did you have any recent work done to the vehicle involving the cooling system? Like a radiator change, thermostat or a water pump replacement? The first thing We usually do to see what's going on with the heating is to make sure that there is no air trapped in the system, When air gets trapped in the system it usually finds it's way to the heater core, The heater core is what makes the air that comes out of the vents hot, If the heater core is full of air and not hot coolant then you will have no heat, usually we check this by touching the coolant lines goes in and out of the heater core, if they are both hot then that's not the problem, if one is hot and one is cold then there's air in there or it might just be clogged up.

Did you plan to work on the vehicle yourself or you are thinking about taking it to a shop and would like to get an idea of what to expect?
