my 1990 Isuzu P/up won't start if the the fuel is low and if it's more fuel you need to step on accelerator all the way to the bottom.

I believe that your business and your qualifications as mechanic more than above the standard, but unfortunately I can't afford to pay even that minimal amount of $ 24.00 since I'm one of those unemployed for over 6 months already. Thank you and I appreciate your concern.
