Sidekick: engine compartment..rpm..use high pressure under the hood

I washed the engine compartment and now my 1.8L Sidekick will only run if I can get it over 3k rpm. I remembered too late that I should not use high pressure under the hood. I have pulled all of the connections that I can get to and checked for water. I sprayed each connection with electrical contact cleaner and then re-installed when they were dry. I didn't see any evidence of water in the connections. I had pulled the codes the day before and it showed both O2 sensors as faults. This sounds more like an EGR issue, but I don't want to buy the EGR for $230 and it not be the problem.

The two codes were pulled before this problem. The engine is running too poorly to get the vehicle to Autozone to pull new codes

It was the cam position sensor. There was no evidence of water inside and it does not run better after removing it and cleaning the inside.

I pulled the coil/plug assembly on cylinder number 1 and I saw no spark.

The coil on plug shorted out and you will need to replace it.

Also replace the spark plug with NGK BKR6E.

Use a voltmeter to check the voltage output.

P0123 Throttle Pedal position sensor A circuit high input - The TP sensor output voltage should be > 4.8V

P0122 Throttle Pedal position sensor A circuit low input - TP sensor output voltage < 0.1V

P0102 Mass or volume Air Flow A circuit low input - Should be less than 0.3V MAF sensor output voltage continues for 1 sec.
P0113 Intake Air Temperature sensor 1 circuit high input - IAT sensor output voltage > 5.0V
P0136 Oxygen Sensor circuit bank 1 sensor (see P2270, P2271) - We knew the 02 sensor is already damaged.
P0134 Oxygen Sensor Circuit no activity detected bank 1 sensor 1
P0302 cylinder 2 misfire detected - Check the COP.
P0136 same code as above

Check all the recommendation I have gave you. A voltmeter will be very helpful for this procedure.

I am hoping is not ECU.

Disconnect throttle position sensor connector from vehicle harness and measure resistance at connector of throttle position sensor.
At closed throttle:
Terminals 1-4 resistance value: 4.25-8.25 kohms
Terminals 2-4 resistance value: 0.3-6.3 kohms
At full throttle:
Terminals 2-4 resistance value: 3.5-10.3 kohms

CAUTION: Perform this inspection with engine stopped after it has been warmed up.graphic

My TPS only has 3 conductors
1 to 3 ohms is 5.30
1 to 2 ohms is 0.03

With the key on I get the following TPS voltages from the connector
1 to 3 voltage is 5.11
1 to 2 voltage is 0.00
2 to 3 voltage is 4.66

Is the MAF sensor like an anemometer, with two coils in the air stream?

The ohms readings are in kohms. I can't warm the engine up, it will no longer start.

Now the vehicle does not start at all.

Are you getting 12.6 V or above at the battery? If yes, check your starter. Do you know how to check the starter?

Do you have a Maual transmission? If yes, check clutch pedal switch.

The diagram is showing 3 terminals. Remember you have to Disconnect throttle position sensor connector from vehicle harness.

Noted #2 and #3 is the middle terminal.

The MAF Is a thermistor with a platinum wire and An electronic Control circuit. It measures the temperature Of the incoming air.
