Hello my name isXXXXX will be glad to assist you. In most newer homes the garage outlets are required to be gfci protected, these outlets will have a test and reset button on them. I would check these first to see if any are tripped and need to be rest. If this is not the case we will continue, and you will need a mulitmeter/voltage tester.
