Glad to be of help. The PCM controls when and how much according to the sensor input it gets from the sum of all the sensors. The cam sensor gives the signal as when to fire the injector. When cold, the coolant sensor is the main factor of fuel mixture. When hot, the O2 sensor is the main influence for air/fuel mixture. The crank sensor give the signal as to when to fire the spark plug and in some vehicles it also acts as a cam sensor. What is the year, make & model of your vehicle and how many miles on vehicle?
2000 toyota celica 1.8liter not sure on miles engine was replaced once and ran fine until one day started to back up and it stalled and has not started since
if i unbolt the fuel rail and dump fuel in engine starts and runs but when fuel rail is bolted down engine will not fire over
once running with fuel rail unbolted computer popped codes 1300 1305 1310 1315

checked voltage between all circiuts and they were within specs
If all circuits test good, Replace ignition coils with igniter.
are the igniter in the coils on this model
