The drive cycle is when the vehicles computer communicates with all the monitors to see if they are operating properly and then sets them to ready this can take up to 300 miles sometimes . Also I've seen loose or corroded battery terminals cause the monitors not to set to ready as well as sticking egr valves . If your having trouble and driven 300 miles these need to be checked next . Hoped this helped. Positive feedback and bonuses greatly appreciated.
