analyzer..I get the START.INI file programmed into my 5200.

MTS 5200 when I boot up the analyzer, I get an error message "START.INI" not present. How do I get the START.INI file programmed into my 5200.

Call tech support at

1-800-321-4889, Ext 4 Option 1 and they should be able to help you. I have heard of several losing their files and normally they can be fixed with an upload. You should also have an Authorized Sales Rep in your area that may be able to help. If those fail, get back to me and let me know what area you are in and I will see what I can do, but Tech Support is your best first bet.
