2003 pt cruiser: wheel rotors and pads put on the brakes.

Resolved Question:

I have 2003 pt cruiser and it needs a new front left wheel bearing. I just had new rotors and pads put on the brakes. Are these two parts connected? I am sorry I am so dumb.

Hello I will help you with your question,

The wheel bearing and the brake work have no connection but I think they should have caught it on the test drive when they seated the brake pads.

I'm sorry but you will need to have the bearing replaced, it is a fairly common issue on this vehicle.

Please let me know how I can help you with this

Thank you
