Range rover..hard acceleration throws up transfer case neutral

OK. Codes P0156 and P0130 are oxygen sensor codes. These might just be the O2 sensors going bad.
As far as the "transfer case neutral" problem you are having, it is most likely because of the transfer box motor. Most of the time replacing this part will fix it but sometimes you have to get a new ECU.
You can sometimes find them used online and they are way cheaper.
