Are you sure it is not the blower motor resistor?
Removal 1. Disconnect negative (-) cable at battery. 2. Disable air bag system referring to Disabling Air Bag System:Advanced Air Bag or Disabling Air Bag System:Except Advanced Air Bag. 3. Disconnect blower motor lead wire (2) at coupler.
4. Remove blower motor (1) from HVAC unit.InstallationReference: Blower Motor Inspection 1. Reverse removal procedure for installation. 2. Enable air bag system referring to Enabling Air Bag System:Advanced Air Bag or Enabling Air Bag System:Except Advanced Air Bag.
