This can be caused by a few other reasons, the timing being off can cause this and the cam sensor can cause this, there is also a possibility that there is a wiring issue, it will take a lot of testing to be sure which is causing the problem (and a scan tool may be needed). If I had no testing equipment I would replace the cam sensor and check the timing marks.

When you speak of timing are you suggesting a timing belt issue

Yes it is possible that it jumped timing a tooth or two.

I have good compression on all cylinders I have no spark from half of the coil the car will run but only on two cylinders could a cam sensor cause this. what fires the coil. The computer or something else

If the timing was just off a little it could still cause this and the compression would not be affected. The crank sensor and the cam sensor have to be in time and that sends info to the computer which in turn fires the coil.
