I see you already replaced the actuator. Is this the temp actuator on the drivers side

ok, have you tried disconnecting the battery to reset the system?

no i have not tryed that

ok, thats the first thing to try, disconnect it for at least 60 seconds, then hook it back up, turn the key to run, dont touch any of the controls for the heater/ac unit, wait at least another 60 secs, then turn key off, then start it and see if it is functioning now. Let me know what happens
