The engine cranks and cranks but the car will not start. Any suggestions of the problem?
Is it missing fuel or spark?

No. It started that day in the AM w/o problems. Later in the day, after driving about 60 miles and parking the car for 90 minutes, it had trouble starting but did after 5 or 6 tries. This almost always happens. Then, after driving another 60 miles and stopping for 30 minutes, the car would not restatrt. It has been three days and nothing has changed.

Ok sounds like the fuel pump has finally failed. Need to take a fuel pressure reading if there is no presssure or low pressure the fuel pump is bad and needs to be replaced. If fuel pressure is ok it's a spark issue and you will need to know what has failed. These are the next steps. Hoped this helped. Positive feedback and bonuses greatly appreciated.
