2000 Isuzu trooper ls: 4x4..steering wheel..I hit a bump or pot hole

Resolved Question:

The steering on my 2000 Isuzu Trooer LS 4x4 does not feel right. When I let go the steering wheel it does not track straight. Alo if I hit a bump or pot hole the steering momentarity is difficult to control. I changed the two front tires as one had a bulge and aligned the wheels. I subsequently changed the four ball joints. There was some improvement but I am still not satisfied. Would the back wheels play any part in this problem or would the size of the tires make a difference. I live in Belize where the roads are full of pot holes. Neither the steering or suspension have been modified and the parts are all standard.
